Smartphone Protection for Every Phone in Your Home

Most phone protection makes you pick which phones to pay for. This plan doesn't: one price covers every active smartphone in your home, old or new, against cracked screens, spills, breakdowns, loss and theft. One plan for the whole household

Wireless carriers usually charge for each phone, around $14 a month apiece, so many families protect only the phone most likely to break. Here the whole household is covered for one price, parents and kids alike.

  • No phones to pick

Every active smartphone in your home is covered, and you do not register phones in advance.

  • Digital claims

Claims are filed online and do not affect your other insurance rates.

  • Repair where you like

More than 9,000 repair locations are available, and you can also take the phone to a repair shop you choose.

Questions we get asked

When does coverage start?

Thirty days after you buy the plan. Keep in mind it won't pay for a problem the phone already had, so a screen that is cracked today isn't covered.

I already pay my wireless carrier for phone coverage. Why look at this?

Because you don't have to choose. A wireless carrier's plan is usually charged per phone, around $14 a month each. Here every active smartphone in your home is covered for one price, so the kids' phones are protected too.

How does a claim work?

It all happens online. You upload your latest wireless bill to show the phone was active, enter the phone's IMEI number and say what happened. You usually find out right away whether it's approved, and then you're told where to get the phone fixed or replaced.

What happens after I start a quote?

Tell us about the coverage you need and complete the application. We use those details to approach suitable markets and may ask follow-up questions. Requesting a quote does not put coverage in force.
