Nevada Payroll Calculator: Take Home Pay After Taxes
Nevada takes no state income tax out of wages, so your paycheck only sees federal income tax, Social Security, and Medicare.
Estimates assume one job with a default W-4, the 2026 federal brackets and standard deduction, and published 2026 state rates.

Estimates for a single job with a default W-4. Local taxes, itemized deductions, tax credits, bonuses, and garnishments are not modeled. Federal figures are final for 2026, some state rates can adjust mid year. Not tax advice.
Payroll is also your workers' comp premium basis
Workers' compensation premiums are rated per $100 of payroll. If you run a business, the same payroll number drives your comp cost.
Estimate your workers' comp premiumHow this calculator works
The calculator annualizes your gross pay, subtracts your pre tax retirement contribution and the 2026 federal standard deduction, and runs the result through the 2026 federal brackets. Social Security applies at 6.2% up to the $184,500 wage base and Medicare at 1.45% plus 0.9% above $200,000. State tax uses each state's published 2026 rates and standard deduction, and employee paid disability or family leave programs are included for California, New York, Washington, and New Jersey. Everything is divided back into your pay period.
