You can work on a Menlo quote from ChatGPT, Claude or any app that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol). The app talks to the same quote you would see on our website, with the same questions and the same checks.
What you can do
- Find the insurance products we quote and the states each one serves, and get the link to its quote form. This works without signing in.
- Start a new quote or continue one you already started, after you approve access on menloinsurance.com.
- Answer the application's questions and the follow-up questions carriers send back.
- Check your quote's stage, carrier outcomes and any quotes available.
How to connect
Every app uses the same server address. There is no client ID or secret to enter.

Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT's settings, then create a new app (connector) and paste the address above.
Claude
In Claude's settings, open Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the address above.
Coding agents and other MCP apps
Add the address as a remote HTTP server. Windsurf and other apps take the same address.

Privacy and safety
- You approve access to one quote at a time, not to an account or to your other quotes. Access ends after at most seven days.
- You can disconnect at any time in the app's connector settings, or revoke access at menloinsurance.com/mcp/connect in the browser where you opened your quote.
- Sensitive details, documents, coverage choices, consent and signatures are completed on menloinsurance.com, never through the app. Please don't share Social Security, driver's license, bank or card numbers in a chat.
- Prices shown are indicative carrier results and subject to underwriting.
- Nothing is bound or purchased through the app.
Broker review for other apps
Quotes started or answered from apps other than ChatGPT and Claude are saved right away, and a Menlo broker reviews them before any carrier is contacted.
